Learn any language with Duolingo

I don’t know about you but during this quarantine I’ve been looking into almost anything to keep me occupied. From learning how to paint, taking online courses, or even trying a new hairstyle. A break from reality means discovering new hobbies and interests and if you're anything like me, I’m sure you've done the same. Have you ever wanted to learn a language but could never find the time in your regular busy schedule? The time is now friends. Duolingo makes the process of learning a new language simple, fun, and very addicting. Not to mention there are over 35+ languages you can teach yourself.

The app helps you prepare for legitimate conversations thanks to a science-based teaching method. Duolingo uses specific tactics that help you retain information for a longer period of time. Definitely something to flex over quarantine.

Here’s how it works…

Duolingo creates lesson plans that best suit your learning style and exercises that are custom made to help you learn efficiently and effectively. We all have different ways of retaining information, so this is very helpful. You are able to speed up the process or slow down depending on what you like. Also, there’s immediate grading and Duolingo let’s you know your progress and ways to improve.

The app has a reward system where you're able to earn digital coins, unlock new interactive levels, and watch your fluency score go up as you master new words and phrases.

Are you convinced? Here’s more, a study showed that 34 hours on Duolingo, is equal to 1 university language course.

I love that I can learn anywhere at any given time and at my own pace. Whether you're planning a trip this summer out of the country or want to improve your fluency outside of a classroom.

Duolingo is available for both IOS and Android products with a free 7 day trial.
