Amazon Fire TV Cube Review

I’ve been using the Amazon Fire TV Cube for about 3 months and have reallly beeen enjoying it.

What is it?

The Fire TV Cube is like a cross between an Echo speaker and streaming media player, so you reallyget the best of both worlds. The best part? It has hands-free Alexa voice control that you can’t get from any other streaming player. Between being an entrepreneur, working mom and wife of the year– voice control comes very handy in our home. From quickly launching an Prime Video show for my son to watch to finding a second for myself in the evening to chill with a movie– to setting a timer on the Fire Tv Cube for dinnertime. I can even pin my favorite six apps to a quick-launch bar in the middle of the home screen.

The device is helpful in so many ways. Fire TV Cube supports 4K streaming in all the popular HDR formats, including Dolby Vision. And It has the latest Wi-Fi 6E support and is compatible with a Wi-Fi 6E router, without interference from all my other devices in the house. And trust me we have a lot of devices in this techy house. Powered by a new octa-core 2.0Ghz processor –which means it delivers quicker app starts – so I can access all my content lightning fast I can Ask Alexa to turn on the TV, find my favorite shows– it delivers quicker app starts and more fluid navigation – A huge win for me and my family.

Ugh I love technology! And there’s a new HDMI input that lets you run cable boxes or gaming consoles through the Fire TV Cube. So we can see overlays on-screen when we do things like ask Alexa for the weather. HDMI-IN port lets you connect more devices, which is also great. It’s literally one Cube for all my entertainment
