Canva: My graphic design secret weapon
Ever feel like you’re scrolling through Instagram and you see post after post of beautifully executed content and you think “wow. I wish I could create something like that, but I just don’t have the time to learn the ins and outs of Photoshop or Illustrator” or “I wish I had the budget to hire a graphic designer to create something like that, but it’s just not something I can take on financially”? Enter Canva.
Whether you need an Instagram story, logo maker, or birthday invitation—create all these graphic design needs and more on Canva. Canva allows you to make great images without needing to be an expert in graphic design. I use it for simple things like curating lovely Instagram images to more complicated designs for our new marketing materials and proposals.
Thanks to its library of customizable templates, this app and desktop app makes designing unique and eye-catching content. Whether posting a casual shot or trying to drive traffic to my website and blog, I use Canva to create eye-catching designs using my brand’s colors and fonts.
I love how I can enhance regular Instagram posts for my socil media clienrs with the ability to edit photos and easily overlay them with text, graphics, and other design elements.
Recently they added a feature where you can now upload Adobe files directly to Canva and make them editable templates.
