I Tried Apple Fitness+ at Apple Studios — Here’s the 3-Week Pilates Program Everyone’s Talking About

I work out… I just don’t always make it to the gym. So when Apple invited me to their Fitness+ HQ? Immediate yes.

I got to visit Apple Studios and practice meditation and pilates with the lovely Darryl, an actual Apple Fitness+ trainer IRL.
He gave me a sneak peek at the new “3 Perfect Weeks of Pilates” on Apple Fitness+.

But first — had to get my mind right. Because if my brain isn’t on board, nothing else is happening.

We started with some meditation on using iPad + AirPods Pro (3rd generation and somehow my 47 open tabs just… closed.
Make it make sense.

And the best part is the program is actually doable:

  • 3 workouts a week

  • 20 minutes each

  • No equipment

  • No gym

  • No excuses

The workouts are stuctured and focus around a different element each week.

Week 1: Centering
Week 2: Control
Week 3: Flow

And you’re supposed to repeat it — because the second time? You’re better.

I wore the Apple Watch Series 11 during the workout, which gave me live metrics on screen the whole time, just enough pressure to not fake it halfway through.
