Tania Katan lights up every room she walks in. She is a CEO and award-winning author who sneaks creativity into corporate Fortune 500 companies, TED Talks, and marketing conventions. But it doesn't stop there- she's also helped create the empowerment campaign, #ItWasNeverADress, regarding the girls bathroom sign (It’s actually a cape!). You are indeed looking at a lady with a powerful place in American sports.
