Let’s first take a peek at Karmin Battle, she does Creative Consulting at Salt, a specialized digital recruitment company. She’s no stranger at helping connect all-star talent with innovative companies. Before consulting at Salt, Karmin worked for talent acquisition companies like 24 Seven Inc and Janou Parker. She finds great purpose in helping people find work as well as helping companies find unique talent. She also advocates for Women In Tech, Women In SaaS and Gender Equality. Rachel Krause, she basically teaches companies how to run their projects more efficiently. Showing teams that the key ingredient for a products success is collaboration. She started as a Graphic Designer then became a UX/UI Designer. Learning design on a deeper level prompted the title User Experience Engineer. Currently, Rachel is a UX Specialist at Nielsen Norman Group. With over a decade of experience she brings her unique point of view at every stage of the process. She advocates for all things UX and hosts workshops, events and conferences.

Saba McCoy is a natural-born leader. She’s worked with some of the most dreamy clients and top agencies in the world. Clients like Nike Japan and Spotify and agencies like Huge and Gin Lane, two super creative gems located in New York City. Having studied Visual Arts at Princeton, she became a producer for projects like NIKEiD. That cool feature that allows you to customize your sneakers. Now called Nike By You, it’s clear she was always on the cutting edge of cool. Currently, Saba is a part of something great at Pattern, formerly Gin Lane, where she is helping our generation find enjoyment in daily life.
