Gmail Hacks To Make You A Business Ace

Gmail - is there anyone who doesn’t use it? I mean can you even trust a Yahoo email user?

I love Gmail! Here are some tricks you PROBABLY didn’t know that can make you look more professional and make life easier on you.

  • Schedule Sending an email.

    - You can actually schedule when you want an email to go out. So if you have an important email to send to someone in the morning. Write it. Schedule it. That way you don’t have to worry about remembering!

  • Undo sent emails.  There’s an ‘Enable Undo Send” option.  You can set delay periods of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 seconds.

    - We’ve all sent emails that we went back to read and there were errors in them that we wish we could take back…well, now you can. You can enable an UNSEND option for up to 30 seconds after you send it so it won’t go out and you can make those changes.

  • Unsubscribe feature

    - There’s always emails poppin up in your inbox you never subscribed to. But there’s a few tricks in order to stop them from coming in ever again!
