Last week, we featured three amazing women in data. This week, we’re talking about two women who work in a rewarding field. Plus they practically build the web every day. Let’s take a peek inside the lifestyle of two energetic engineers who are absolutely killing it in their career!

Gladys Benitez is a Software Engineer and UI Developer at Experian. She’s based out of Austin, TX where she also owns a cafe called Cafe Nena’i. The cafe is heavily influenced by latin culture, think a Miami cafe but in Austin. She got her Bachelors degree in International Political Economy from the University of Texas. Aireal Liddle is a Systems and Security Engineer that cares about keeping the web safe. She’s been in the field for 9 years and has seen success as a Freelance Technical Writer. Within her first 6 months as a Freelancer Aireal netted over $10k in projects. She has plans on moving into freelance full-time and owning her own company within the next two years. So, she can probably show you a thing or two on the web.
