#WomenCrushWednesday 3 Passionate Product Designers

This week we’re zooming in on an incredibly process-driven role, Product Design. These ambitious ladies have been a part of teams like Yelp, Udemy and advocate for creative techies to learn the spectrum of Product Design, like UX/UI. They have built their careers through a community that empowers creators. We’re all about that!

Robbin Arcega got her start at Udemy as a “User Happiness Specialist“ where she did User Research to help create a better experience for students on the platform. That role morphed into Product Design, working on internal tools that would allow teams to do work easier. Now, she facilitates group critiques for a remote Product Design Bootcamp called DesignLab. She teaches students to defend their design decisions and challenges their technical design process.

Naomi is a rockstar Product Designer from the Golden State, California. She started in Marketing after graduating from Pepperdine and has been committed to the craft ever since. Product Design is her vessel for growing businesses, from research to synthesis to front facing designs. Currently she is making it happen at Stem Disintermedia, a digital platform that builds tools for independent artists.

Emily is no stranger to designing for digital. Her fresh user-first approach consists of deep research, deep empathy and continued iterations. According to Emily “A great experience is more than just answering needs. It’s anticipating what could be desired.“ She’s also a mentor at DesignLab and encourages this way of thinking to her mentees.
